General

Child Policy:
  • Children of any age are welcome.
  • Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults
  • 1 extra mattress is allowed in family room at an extra cost.
Pets Policy:
  • Small pets are allowed.
Visitors Policy:
  • Only booked guests are allowed on the premises. No other visitors allowed unless pre-arranged with management.
Noise Policy:
  • Quiet hours: 21h00 – 07h00.
Events Policy:
  • Parties/events are not allowed
Are there any smoking rooms?:
  • All our rooms are strictly non-smoking.
  • Smoking is allowed on the patios and public areas.
  • Please make use of the ashtrays provided in public areas.
Which languages are spoken at Reception?
  • English and Afrikaans.

Bookings

What are your reception hours?
  • Our reception is open daily from 8am until 9pm. If you are planning on arriving after reception hours, please contact us via phone or email to arrange a late check-in.
What time are the check-in and check-out?
  • Check-in time is 14:00.
  • Check-out time is 10:00.
Is early check-in available?
  • Any guests who require an early check-in, will need to contact reception before arriving, giving us details of the arrival time. Early check-ins will depend on rooms’ occupancy.
Is late check-out available?
  • If you require a late departure please inform reception.
  • Late check-outs will only be granted if there are no occupancy of the room in question.
  • We can also keep your luggage and belongings at Reception (free of charge).
What is required to check-in?
  • South African ID or Passport
  • Proof of Payment
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
  • If you want to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible by email or by phone.
Cancellation Policy
  • Please note that in case of cancellation of a booking, our cancellation policy will apply. A 100% accommodation fee will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours of the date of arrival by email or phone.

Facilities

Is there WiFi?
  • We offer free WiFi in all guests rooms and common areas.
Is there parking available?
  • We have safe undercover parking, protected by an electric fence, motorized gate access, CCTV cameras and security beams.
Do you offer laundry services?
  • We offer laundry and ironing services at an additional cost. Kindly note that these services are charged by item and must be arranged with management in advance.

Payments

How do I pay?
  • Full payment for accommodation is to be paid via EFT, after booking has been confirmed.
  • Payment of any outstanding balance (food, beverage and services) is made on check-out.
Can I pay by credit cards?
  • Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards

Dining

Is breakfast included?
  • Yes, breakfast is complimentary. Breakfast is served until 09:30.
Lunchboxes
  • Lunchboxes are available by prior arrangement at an extra cost. 
Dinner
  • A home cooked meal is served from Monday to Thursday evenings on request.
  • R250pp (reservation for dinner is essential)
